CLINICAL INFORMATION

Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) is a continuous cardiac monitoring test that uses the mobile device to monitor cardiac activity. MCT provides near-real-time data, the ability to analyze the patient’s heart rhythm, and overview monitoring by certified technicians 24/7 in order to alert a patient’s care team of critical events as they are observed. MCT can record ECG data for up to 30 days of monitoring with data being transmitted to an online portal.

The MCT report at a minimum shall include:

1. Heart rate ranges and distribution
2. Details of various arrhythmia diagnoses
3. PVC burden, PAC burden, and AF burden
4. Representative ECG tracings

SHIPPING RETURN

When the test is over

1. A technician will call you when the monitoring period has ended.
2. Place a fully charged battery in the device before packaging to ensure all remaining data is transmitted.
3. Place kit in the included packaging and attach return FedEx label. Call FedEx Express at 800-463-3339 to schedule a pickup time.
4. A FedEx delivery driver will arrive at your home to pick up package.
5. Please return device as soon as your test is completed.
6. Note: If monitoring equipment is not returned or is damaged, you can be charged for the cost of replacing equipment.
